Our Vision for Outdoor Ministries

Building a healthy body of Christ through the generation and regeneration of Christian love in community with all of God's creation, our sacred gift and trust.

Half-a-century ago, visionary founders acquired these properties to serve as centers of spiritual renewal. Since then they have helped build and shape three generations of pastoral and lay leadership in our conference.

Over the last 50 years, all of the buildings on the three camp properties have aged, and elements of the camps' systems and infrastructure have become inefficient and outdated. We must raise funds for necessary improvements. The Camps Governing Board has launched this formal capital campaign to help us focus our efforts, clarify our mission, solidify projects and priorities and implement a concentrated fundraising effort within realistic timeframes.
